Reading about the connection between eating animals and global climate change in the media has become an almost weekly occurrence. Yet Westerners are still extremely reluctant to give up their burgers, nuggets and shakes, and government and organizations are still primarily focusing on other contributors to global warming, such as the impact of transportation.
